Professional figure skate sharpening with attention to edge consistency, hollow and preservation of the blade profile.
New blades purchased from me include the initial sharpening at no charge.
Germantown drop-off sharpening can be booked online. Contact me for other arrangements.

Blade Mounting — $30
Proper blade positioning and mounting for new or existing boots and blades.
Mounting is complimentary when both new boots and new blades are purchased from me.
New boots + existing blades — $30
Existing boots + new blades — $30On-Ice Blade Alignment — $30 / 15 minutes
For alignment issues that need to be evaluated while skating, I work with you on the ice at Cabin John, making real-time blade adjustments, including repositioning and shimming, based on what we observe and what you feel.
Ice time is paid separately by the skater.

Boots not purchased through me — $25 per modification, per boot
Targeted modifications can relieve pressure points, create additional room and improve the way the boot fits the individual skater.
Punch Outs — Targeted relief for ankle bones, bunions, navicular areas and other pressure points.
Toe Box Stretching — Additional room where needed through the forefoot or toe area.
Achilles Pinching — EDEA only — Shaping around the heel and Achilles area for a more secure fit.
Custom Adjustments — Individual modifications for fit issues that don't fall neatly into one category.

Professional EDEA Fitting & Structural Shaping
The correct model and size are only the beginning. EDEA boots can be structurally shaped around the individual skater to address pressure points, heel fit, ankle anatomy, forefoot width and other fit concerns.
EDEA boots purchased through me include professional fitting and shaping at no additional charge.
EDEA boots are ordered specifically for the skater; I do not maintain retail inventory.
